Alexandra Gartmann

Alexandra is Chair of the Australian Farm Institute, Non-Executive Director of Nufarm, Director of One Basin CRC, member of the LaTrobe University Council and Trustee of the Helen Macpherson Smith Trust. She chaired the Victorian Agriculture and Climate Change Council for 5 years, was a member of the Prime Minister’s Community Business Partnership, member of the board of the Rural Finance Corporation of Victoria and Chair of CSIRO Agriculture Advisory Council. Her executive career includes Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group, responsible for partnerships, marketing, corporate affairs, ESG and climate risk, and CEO of Rural Bank. Alexandra also served as CEO of the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal and Birchip Cropping Group, supporting rural, regional and agricultural communities across Australia.
