Janina Gawler

Janina Gawler is Director at RST Solutions for Community Engagement, where she advises senior executives and boards on stakeholder engagement and social performance. She brings extensive experience across resource development, community relations, government engagement and organisational strategy, with a focus on building resilient partnerships between industry and the communities they impact. Janina previously held senior roles with Rio Tinto, including Vice President Communities and Social Performance Americas, and Global Practice Leader Communities and Social Performance. She is also Chair of the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation in Melbourne.
