Sarah Norris is the Head of Social Impact and Community at Snowy Hydro Limited and a senior leader in social impact, stakeholder engagement and communications. With more than 15 years’ experience across major infrastructure, energy and government projects, she specialises in helping organisations build trusted relationships with communities while delivering complex projects.

A proud local of the Snowy Mountains, Sarah leads Snowy Hydro’s approach to social impact, community partnerships, education and First Nations engagement. She is passionate about ensuring regional communities are not only consulted but actively shape the decisions that affect them, creating lasting social, economic and community outcomes.
